  • The microprocessor sends an address of memory location into MAR using the address bus.
  • The microprocessor also sends the info into MBR.
  • At an equivalent time, the microprocessor sends write a signal to activate memory for a write operation.
  • The memory the device will store the data stored into MBR into the location whose address is in MAR.
