Amazon founder see our customers as invited guests to a celebration, and that we are the hosts. It is our job every day to make every importance aspect of the customer experience a little bit better. Amazon.com strives to be the E-Commerce destination where consumers can findand find out anythingthey need to shop for online.- If
you think that about thefuture thenyou'll reallyobserve life decisionsthat you simply won't regret later. - There are two kids of companies,
those who workto undertake to charge moreand those that employment to charge less.we'll be the second. We will be the second.
- Founder of Amazon expect all our business
to possess a positive impact on our top and bottom lines. Profitabilityis extremely important to us or we wouldn't beduring this business. - We were hoping
to create a little , profitable company. Andafter all , whatwe've got done is buildan oversized , unprofitable company. - What we want
to be eat something completely new.
there is not any physical analog for what Amazon.com is becoming. - There are
multiple ways to be extremely focused that are very successful. You can be
customer focused or competitor focused. Some people are initially focused, and if they reach Critical
Mass,
they'll tipthe complete company.
- Jeffery love people counting me, and so, you know, today
it's so easy to be motivated, becausewe have a lot of customerslooking forward to us at Amazon.com. That's fun. - I knew that if I failed i'd not regret that, but I knew the
one thing
i'd regretisn't trying. - It's very important for entrepreneurs was to be realistic. So
if
you suspect on that first day while you're writing the business plan thatthere is a 70 percent chance thatthe full thing with fail, thenthat kind of relieves the pressure of self-doubt.
- Founder of Amazon and Amazon company are willing to travel down bunch of dark passageways,
and sometimes
we find somethingthat really works. - Every
well-intention, high-judgement person we asked told us not to do it. We got
some good advice, we ignore it, and it was a mistake. But that mistake clothed to be
one of the only things that happened tothe Amazon company. - If you're not
stubborn, you'll give up on experiments to soon. And if
you're not flexible, you'll pound your head against the wall andyou will not seea definite solution toa problem you're tryingto resolve .I 'd rather interview 50 people and not a hire anyone than hirethe incorrect person.

- For every leader
within the company, notonly for me, there are decisionthat may be made by analysis. There arethe most effective types of decisions! The most junior person withinthe corporate can win an argument with the foremost senior person with a fact --based decision. Things never go smoothly.
- Founder of amazon watch our competitors, learn from
them, see
the items that they were doingfor patrons and replica those thingsthe maximum amount aswe will. - You know, if
you create a customer and unhappythey will not tell five friends, they'll 5000 friends. So we are at a point now where we have all of the things we need to build an important and lasting company, if we don't, it will be shame on us. - Jeffery Bezos want
to ascertain good financial returns, but also to me there'sthe extra psychic returnof getting my creativity and technological vision bear fruitand alter wordin an exceedingly positive way. - What consumerism really is, at worst, is getting people
to shop for thingsthat don't actually improve their lives. - The one thing that offends me
the most isafter founder of amazon walk by bank and see ads trying to convince people to take out second mortgages on their homeso that they canvisit on vacation. That's approaching evil. - It was important that we started out in a garage. Hewlett and pack began in a garage. This gave us start-up legitimacy.
My view about this post (conclusion)
It saves
customers the wrong way and guides them on the right path. He too has failed
many times in forming this company but he does not give up and he goes on and
on and that company is the best company in the world today. It doesn’t let its
customers fail or get offended and the company itself provides what they need. Those
companies are the ones that save one customer and if that customer gets a good
thing, they tell the other customer so his business can go ahead and take the
customer right.
