Uttarayan or The Kite-Flying Day

Uttarayan

We celebrate many spiritual , social and national festivals.  Diwali may be a festival of sunshine . Holi may be a colorful festival. But, i prefer Uttarayan altogether the festivals.  Sweets made from jiggery and til are prepared on the day of Makar Sankranti. Festival bring sweetness to our relationships. Religious festivals inspire us to measure a spiritual life. National festivals reinforce our national sentiment.

हम कई धार्मिक, सामाजिक और राष्ट्रीय त्योहार मनाते हैं। त्यौहार हमारे नीरस जीवन को हर्ष और उल्लास से भर देते हैं। दिवाली रोशनी का त्योहार है। होली एक रंगीन त्योहार है। लेकिन, मुझे सभी त्योहारों में उत्तरायण पसंद है। त्यौहार हमारे एक तरफा और ऊब भरे जीवन में खुशी और ताजगी लाते हैं। मकर संक्रांति के दिन गुड़ और तिल से बनी मिठाई तैयार की जाती है। त्योहार हमारे रिश्तों में मिठास लाते हैं। धार्मिक त्योहार हमें धार्मिक जीवन जीने के लिए प्रेरित करते हैं। राष्ट्रीय त्योहार हमारी राष्ट्रीय भावना को पुष्ट करते हैं।

Capricorn is the favorite festival of all ages. It is celebrated on January 14^th. On this day, the sun enters (transitions) into Capricorn. Therefore, it is called ‘Capricorn Revolution’. Since this day the sun is moving north, also known as ‘Uttarayan’.

मकर राशि सभी युगों का पसंदीदा त्योहार है। यह 14 जनवरी को मनाया जाता है। इस दिन, सूर्य मकर राशि में (संक्रमण) प्रवेश करता है। इसलिए, इसे 'मकर क्रांति' कहा जाता है। इस दिन से सूर्य उत्तर की ओर बढ़ रहा है, जिसे 'उत्तरायण' के नाम से भी जाना जाता है।

After Diwali, preparations for the landing begin. The kite-makers and painters in the cities get involved in the day-to-day activities. The kite-makers begin to fly the kite several days beforehand , without expecting the day of landing. The religious significance of Uttarayn is additionally vital . On today , cows are fed with millet owls and grass. People secretly put coins in sesame seeds. this tradition shows the glory of secrecy. On today , people eat sugarcane, bore and bark. In some places Udhia-Jalebi festival is held. Turning on the tape machine , we hear songs and play drums.

उत्तरायण का धार्मिक महत्व भी बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। इस दिन, गायों को बाजरा उल्लू और घास के साथ खिलाया जाता है। लोग चुपके से तिल में सिक्के डालते हैं। यह रिवाज गोपनीयता की महिमा को दर्शाता है। इस दिन, लोग गन्ना, बोर और छाल खाते हैं। कुछ स्थानों पर उधिया-जलेबी उत्सव आयोजित किया जाता है। टेप रिकॉर्डर को चालू करते हुए, हम गाने सुनते हैं और ड्रम बजाते हैं

At night lovely coloured lanterns are sent up. They look very beautiful. Some people shine in the night. The glow of the lamps shines through the dark night in the glow of night. Seeing the kites of large and varied colors floating in the sky, our hearts shout:
